The SJS-500S Stepper Motor Peel-off Test Stand is a professional vertical peel-off force testing system specifically designed for adhesion testing of materials such as copper foil, tinfoil, aluminum foil, and rubberized fabrics. Powered by an integrated stepper motor, it delivers precise speed control, excellent stability, and highly reliable measurement data, making it ideal for laboratory, industrial, and quality control applications.
With a maximum capacity of 500 N and a 200 mm stroke, the SJS-500S provides the necessary range for a wide variety of peel-off tests. The system ensures accurate and repeatable results and supports manual operation or automated testing cycles when paired with compatible force gauges and software. It is compatible with SH/SP (2N–500N) push-pull force gauges and supports a variety of clamps (sold separately) for different specimen types. Compact yet robust, the stand has dimensions of 510 × 370 × 610 mm and weighs approximately 59 kg, combining stability with a manageable footprint.
