The SJS-500H Stepper Motor Horizontal Test Stand is a precision horizontal testing system designed for laboratory, industrial, and quality control applications requiring accurate force measurement and stability. Equipped with a high-performance stepper motor, it delivers excellent stability, wide-ranging test speeds, and precise motion control. The stand supports both manual operation and automatic cycle modes, offering versatile testing workflows. When paired with compatible force gauges and software, it enables computer-controlled testing and data acquisition for detailed analysis.
With a maximum capacity of 500 N and a 210 mm stroke, the SJS-500H is ideal for insertion/withdrawal, fatigue, tension/compression, and destructive tests in horizontal setups. The stand features stepless speed adjustment with digital display, providing smooth, precise control over test speed. For vertical tests, it achieves speed resolution of 1 mm/min, ensuring accurate and repeatable measurements. The system is compatible with SH/SP (2N–500N) push-pull force gauges and supports different clamps (sold separately) for various specimen types. Its compact dimensions of 580 × 210 × 320 mm make it stable yet space-efficient for bench-top applications.
