Hanna Instruments HI9813-6 Portable pH/EC/TDS/Temperature Meter with CAL Check™
The affordable, water-resistant HI9813-6 portable meter detects temperature, pH, conductivity (EC), and total dissolved solids (TDS) with a single probe. The Hanna Instruments CAL Check is a function of the HI9813-6 that lets the user know when the probe needs to be calibrated or changed. With specific buttons for measurement modes to be presented on the LCD and knobs for single point pH and EC calibration, the meter’s operation is made simpler.
Based on the actual EC value, the HI9813-variable 6’s EC to TDS conversion factor automatically shifts from 0.56 to 0.78 ppm = 1 S/cm. This product line is appropriate for hydroponic, greenhouse, and agricultural uses. The fixed value of the temperature correction coefficient () is 2%/°C.
