The HI981420 GroLine Monitor is engineered for growers who demand accurate, around-the-clock nutrient solution monitoring. It measures pH (0.00–14.00), EC (0.00–10.00 mS/cm), TDS (up to 7000 ppm), and temperature (0–60°C)with automatic temperature compensation (β = 1.9%/°C). The large 128 x 64 pixel LCD with plant-friendly green backlighting clearly displays all essential parameters simultaneously, cycles through readings, or shows a real-time graph for trend analysis. High and low alarm set points flash alerts when measurements drift outside desired ranges, helping prevent crop stress and nutrient imbalance.
Designed for durability and ease of installation, the HI981420 features an IP65-rated enclosure built to withstand harsh greenhouse and hydroponic environments. The integrated HI1285-8 multiparameter probe combines a renewable cloth junction pH electrode, amperometric EC/TDS sensor, and internal temperature sensor in one rugged body. Users may also select the HI981421 model with a 3/4” threaded probe (HI1285-9) for in-line mounting. With automatic logging every 15 minutes for 30 days, USB-C data transfer, GLP tracking of the last five calibrations, and Quick Cal single-solution calibration, this monitor delivers professional-grade control and efficiency for modern hydroponic systems.
