Description
The HI5221 Benchtop Meter allows precise pH and mV measurements in research and laboratory environments. The included HI1131B combination pH electrode and HI7662-T temperature probe provide automatic temperature compensation from -20 to 120°C. Users can perform up to five-point calibration using eight standard buffers or five custom buffers, while CAL Check™ alerts for potential electrode issues such as dirty, broken, or contaminated electrodes. The GLP feature displays calibration data including date, time, buffers used, offset, and slope alongside the current measurement.
The HI5221 supports three logging modes—automatic, manual, and AutoHold—with up to 100,000 data points stored across 100 lots, allowing detailed recording for analysis and reporting. Its color graphic LCD with on-screen help and virtual keys ensures intuitive navigation and real-time graphing. With USB connectivity, users can transfer data to a PC via Hanna’s HI92000 software, making the HI5221 ideal for research labs, quality control, and educational applications.
