Manufactured from high-grade, corrosion-resistant stainless steel 440C, it features a gap depth accuracy of ±1.0 µm (for gaps ≤50 µm) or 2% of full scale, ensuring high precision and repeatable results in line with ASTM D 823-25 standards.
This applicator offers dual application sides, making it versatile for laboratory and industrial coating tests. The tool provides a wet film width of 80 mm and a total length of 100 mm, making it compact yet suitable for precise and uniform film application across a variety of sample types.
