TES AFLEX-6300 Graphic Power Quality Analyzer

The AC Power & Harmonics Analyzer accurately measures AC current up to 3000 A and AC voltage up to 600 V, performs power quality analysis, and logs up to 512K of transient events for industrial and laboratory applications.

Description

The Advanced AC Power & Harmonics Analyzer delivers precise AC current and voltage measurements. It reads currents from 3 A to 3000 A and voltages from 4 V to 600 V, providing reliable results for active, reactive, and apparent power. Users can also measure phase angle (Φ) and power factor (PF) for both single-phase and balanced three-phase systems.

This analyzer offers harmonic analysis up to the 50th order and tracks total harmonic distortion (%THD). It captures peak voltage and current events with fast sampling of 33–39 μs. The device logs 32,000 transient events in its 512 KB memory, allowing engineers to monitor swell, dip, and outage events. Its 128 × 64 dot matrix LCD with backlight ensures easy reading of data. Users can connect it to a PC via USB-RS232 for logging and analysis. Lightweight and portable, it is ideal for field testing, maintenance, and calibration tasks.
