The TES-52A Sound Level Meter is a precise and versatile device designed to measure sound levels ranging from 30 dB to 130 dB with six selectable ranges in 10-dB steps. It features dual frequency weighting (A and C) and dual time weighting (Fast and Slow), providing accurate readings across a wide frequency range of 31.5 Hz to 8 kHz. Its 1/2 inch electret condenser microphone, combined with a 0.1 dB resolution and quasi-analog bar indicator, ensures highly reliable measurements for environmental noise monitoring, industrial applications, and acoustic research.
Additional features include a 4-digit LCD display updated every second, overrange and underrange warnings, manual data storage for up to 99 sets, and analog AC/DC output. Powered by a single 9V battery, the meter offers about 10 hours of operation and operates reliably in temperatures from -10°C to 50°C with less than 90% relative humidity.
