Description
The ST-1~20 Digital Torque Meter Series is a high-precision instrument designed for testing and measuring various types of torque. It is commonly used for the calibration and verification of torque screwdrivers, torque wrenches, motorized drivers, and pneumatic tools. Suitable for measuring both applied torque and break (fracture) torque, the ST Series is widely utilized in machinery manufacturing, light industry, scientific research, and the electrical industry.
Featuring an internal sensor design, the ST Series ensures compact structure and reliable measurement performance. It offers high accuracy within ±0.5%, along with fine load resolution depending on the model (from 0.0005 N·m to 0.01 N·m).
The torque meter includes several intelligent digital functions to enhance usability and efficiency. The peak holding and auto-release function captures and displays the peak value for 1–10 seconds, while the GO/NG comparison function provides instant pass/fail judgment through green/red indicator lights. The device can also store up to 10 test results and calculate the average, improving data consistency.
With automatic unit conversion (N·m, kgf·cm, lbf·in) and RS-232C communication output, the ST Series allows easy data transfer to a computer for further analysis. Powered by a rechargeable 8.4 V NiMH battery pack, it offers up to 40 hours of operating time per charge, ensuring reliable long-term use in both laboratory and production environments.
