The SJS-2KV Stepper Motor Vertical Test Stand is a precision-controlled testing system designed for applications requiring accuracy, stability, and versatile functionality. Powered by a high-performance stepper motor, this test stand ensures excellent operational stability and smooth motion control, making it ideal for laboratory research, production quality control, and industrial testing environments. Its robust vertical structure enhances rigidity, ensuring reliable and repeatable test results.
The SJS-2KV offers stepless speed adjustment with a wide testing speed range of 1–500 mm/min, delivering precise control with a 1 mm/min resolution. With a 2000 N capacity and an extended 600 mm stroke, the system is capable of handling various test requirements including insertion/withdrawal tests, fatigue testing, tension/compression testing, and destructive testing. The stand supports both manual operation and automatic cycle modes, providing flexibility for different testing workflows. When matched with SH/SP (2N–2000N) force gauges and compatible software (sold separately), the system enables computer-controlled testing and data acquisition, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
