The SJS-1KVL Stepper Motor Vertical Test Stand is a high-precision, long-stroke testing system designed for applications requiring extended travel distance and accurate motion control. Powered by a high-performance stepper motor, this model delivers excellent stability, smooth operation, and precise positioning, making it ideal for laboratory testing, research applications, and industrial quality assurance processes. Its reinforced vertical structure ensures durability and consistent performance, even during extended or repetitive testing cycles.
With a maximum capacity of 1000N and an impressive 1000mm stroke length, the SJS-1KVL is specifically designed for tests requiring long travel movement. It supports a wide range of applications including insertion/withdrawal testing, fatigue testing, tension/compression testing, and destructive testing. The stand features stepless speed adjustment from 1–500 mm/min, offering precise control with a 1 mm/min resolution for accurate and repeatable results. It supports both manual operation and automatic cycle modes, and when paired with SH/SP (2N–1000N) force gauges and compatible software (sold separately), it enables computer-controlled testing and data acquisition for enhanced analytical capability.
