Description
The SJX-20KV Electric Vertical Test Stand is a high-capacity, double-pillar vertical testing platform designed for precision tension, compression, insertion/withdrawal, and fracture testing across industrial, laboratory, and research applications. Its robust dual-pillar structure ensures excellent stability and repeatability, while the stepless speed adjustment provides uniform motion for accurate testing at speeds from 30–120 mm/min.
The stand supports manual and automatic operation, including an automatic recycling function, allowing users to pre-set up-down test cycles for repeated testing. When paired with SKN, SN, SH, or SP push pull force gauges, the SJX-20KV can measure forces from 1 kN up to 20 kN, and when equipped with an SH series gauge, it can pre-set the stopping load for automatic power-off during tests.
With versatile clamp compatibility (purchased separately) and ease of use, this test stand is ideal for quality control, production verification, material testing, and scientific research, offering both precision and reliability in a compact, operator-friendly design.
