The SJS Series Stepper Motor Test Stand is a high-performance testing platform designed for tension, compression, insertion/withdraw, fatigue, and destructive testing. Equipped with a precision stepper motor, the stand offers excellent stability, wide application range, and highly accurate test speed control.
Its stepless speed adjustment allows smooth and uniform motion, while the system supports manual operation and automatic testing cycles, ensuring maximum flexibility for various testing protocols. When paired with a compatible force gauge and software, the SJS Series can achieve computer-based test data acquisition and stand control, making it ideal for both laboratory and production environments.
Built to handle heavy-duty applications, the stand has a maximum capacity of 50,000 N, a stroke of 200 mm, and supports a testing speed range of 1–50 mm/min. Its robust construction and compatibility with SH/SP force gauges (2 N–50 kN) and various clamps (sold separately) make the SJS Series a reliable and versatile solution for precise material and component testing.
