The SJS Series Motorized Vertical Test Stand is engineered with a precision stepper motor drive system, ensuring smooth transmission, excellent stability, and highly accurate speed control. Designed for a broad range of force testing applications, it offers a wide and precise testing speed range of 1–70 mm/min with stepless speed adjustment and 1 mm/min resolution, allowing operators to fine-tune testing conditions according to specific standards or product requirements. Its rigid frame structure and approximately 64 kg solid construction provide superior stability, minimizing vibration and ensuring consistent, repeatable results during testing.
The SJS Series supports both manual operation and automatic cycle testing, making it suitable for single tests as well as repetitive or endurance testing applications. When integrated with compatible SH/SP force gauges (2N–30kN) and dedicated software, the system enables computer-controlled test stand operation and data acquisition, including real-time monitoring and analysis.
