Sino – HS703 Pneumatic Comparator

The HS702 / HS703 Pneumatic Pressure Comparison Pump is a portable manual pressure generator designed for calibrating pressure instruments in both field and laboratory environments. It can generate pressures from vacuum up to 60 bar, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial calibration applications. Featuring a fine adjustment valve with 0.1 mbar resolution, the pump allows precise pressure control during testing. Built with stainless steel and aluminium construction, the HS702/HS703 provides durability, reliability, and easy operation for professional calibration tasks.

  • Wide Pressure Range: From vacuum (-0.95 bar) up to 60 bar depending on model
  • High Adjustment Resolution: Precise pressure control with 0.1 mbar (10 Pa) resolution
  • Portable Calibration Tool: Manual pneumatic operation suitable for field and lab use
  • Durable Construction: Stainless steel and aluminium body with built-in protection filter

Description

The HS702 and HS703 Pneumatic Pressure Comparison Pumps are designed to provide stable and accurate pressure generation for calibration of pressure instruments. These pumps can generate pressure from vacuum to positive pressure, allowing technicians to calibrate pressure gauges, transmitters, and sensors efficiently. The integrated fine adjustment valve provides a resolution of 0.1 mbar (10 Pa), enabling precise pressure control for sensitive calibration tasks. The pump also features a reverse valve design, allowing a smooth transition between vacuum and positive pressure operation.

Constructed with high-quality stainless steel and aluminium materials, the HS702/HS703 pumps offer durability and long service life in industrial environments. The built-in filter protects the pump from dirt and contamination, ensuring stable performance and reducing maintenance requirements. Its portable design with lever lead screw mechanism allows users to operate the pump easily with reduced effort. With two standard pressure outputs, pressure gauges under test can be connected quickly without the need for additional tools, making the device ideal for power plants, chemical industries, petroleum facilities, metallurgy plants, metrology laboratories, and military applications.
