Description

The MarForm MMQ 400 with a 350 mm Z-axis is designed as a flexible and fully automated solution for form and position measurements. Its high-precision motorized axes in Z (350 mm) and X (180 mm) allow extremely accurate measurement of roundness, straightness, parallelism, and axial runout. The system’s automatic centering and tilting table and robust construction support heavy workpieces, making it suitable for both production floors and inspection rooms.

Using smooth axes and MarWin platform software, the MMQ 400 performs measurements of roughness, waviness, contour, and line form with minimal operator intervention. Its modular design allows customization with motorized or manual centering tables, as well as optional tailstock integration, enabling users to adapt the system to a wide variety of workpieces.
