The HI98301 DiST 1 TDS Tester is designed for accurate and reliable measurement of total dissolved solids in water up to 2000 ppm (mg/L). With automatic temperature compensation (0–50°C) and a fixed EC-to-TDS conversion factor of 0.5, it ensures consistent and precise readings across varying conditions. The graphite sensor minimizes polarization effects and does not oxidize, providing stable long-term performance.
Compact and user-friendly, the tester features a waterproof casing that floats if dropped, making it suitable for field use. The automatic one-point calibration at 1382 ppm simplifies operation, while the Battery Error Prevention System (BEPS) and battery percentage display at startup prevent inaccurate readings due to low power.
