Description

Accurate milk pH measurement is essential for ensuring product quality, safety, and process consistency in dairy operations. The HI98162 is engineered for this purpose and includes the FC1013 pre-amplified pH electrode, built with a food-grade PVDF body that is chemically resistant and durable. Its spherical glass tip maximizes contact with aqueous milk samples, while the open junction design resists clogging from proteins and milk solids. The electrode is refillable with silver-free electrolyte and includes a built-in temperature sensor for highly accurate temperature-compensated measurements.

The meter features a backlit graphic LCD, contextual help, multilingual support, and an intuitive menu-driven interface. Advanced capabilities such as five-point calibration (seven standard + five custom buffers), CAL Check™ diagnostics, and GLP data storage (date, time, slope, offset, buffers used) ensure traceability and compliance. With 200 log memory capacity, AutoHold function, calibration timeout alerts, and USB PC connectivity, the HI98162 provides professional-level performance for dairy labs and field testing.
