Hanna Instruments HI981032 Foodcare Cheese pH Tester
Almost all types of cheeses and curds can be processed during the main processes of cheese manufacture using the HI981032 Cheese pH Tester, which is designed to measure and monitor the pH of cheese.
- 0.01 resolution with ±0.05 pH accuracy
- Automatic Temperature Compensation (ATC)
- Comes with everything necessary to start measuring right away
Better Features for Better Testing
The utmost level of confidence in your results is ensured by an onscreen stability indicator. If the meter is unintentionally left on, the selected auto-off option extends battery life for peace of mind and energy savings.
The Soil pH Tester is perfect for testing when on the road because of its small size. Any user may quickly and easily view readings from any angle on a big LCD display, and a single button simplifies the testing procedure.
Long Battery Life
The CR2032 Li-ion battery that comes with it can run continuously for up to 1000 hours. To ensure that you never miss a measurement, the battery icon will blink to let you know when it is time to replace the battery.
For a more consistent pH reading and less maintenance, the open connection design lessens clogging from suspended particles and proteins common in dairy products.
Conical Glass Tip
The conical-shaped tip design enables direct pH measurement in a range of milk-based products used in the cheese-making process by penetrating solids, semi-solids, and emulsions. Low Temperature (LT) glass is utilized to get results more quickly when it’s colder.
The food-grade material polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) is resistant to the majority of chemicals and solvents used in the food industry for disinfection, including chlorine (bleach).
Cleaning Solution for Cheese Deposits
A cleaning solution designed to prevent cheese buildup on your electrode is included with your Cheese pH Tester. Your tester is cleaned quickly and thoroughly with this concentrated mixture of detergents, keeping it in top condition.
pH 4 & 7 Buffer Sachets
The right buffers must be employed while completing a pH calibration. To get you started, we include some start buffers. The single-use sachets are individually sealed, ensuring that you always use new buffer while calibrating.
Your electrode will last longer and provide accurate data if it is stored properly. Our specialized storage solution is designed to maintain the pH glass’s moisture levels while limiting organic development.
