Description
The edge® HI2004 Dissolved Oxygen Meter provides accurate and portable DO measurements using the included HI764080 Clark-type polarographic DO probe. The probe contains a built-in thermistor for automatic temperature compensation and a PTFE membrane with replaceable caps for convenient maintenance. The DO measurement is corrected for salinity (0–40 g/L) and altitude (-500 to 4000 m). The digital probe microchip retains all calibration data, ensuring consistent, reliable readings whenever the electrode is plugged in.
With manual, on-demand, and interval logging modes, the edge® stores up to 1000 data points along with GLP information. Its slim, lightweight design (250 g) can be mounted on a wall or placed on a tabletop cradle with adjustable electrode holder. Two USB ports allow data transfer and charging, while the built-in rechargeable battery provides up to 8 hours of continuous operation. The edge® HI2004 is ideal for field, laboratory, or classroom use, offering accuracy, portability, and ease of use for dissolved oxygen monitoring.
