The HI98131 GroLine Hydroponic Tester is a waterproof, floating pocket meter designed for accurate monitoring of pH, EC, TDS, and temperature in hydroponic and greenhouse environments. Featuring a wide pH range (0.00–14.00) with 0.01 resolution, automatic calibration, and selectable 0.5 or 0.7 TDS conversion factors, it provides flexible nutrient solution management. The large LCD displays stability indicators, battery level at startup, and calibration tags for user confidence. With Automatic Temperature Compensation (ATC) and BEPS (Battery Error Prevention System), this tester ensures dependable daily measurements.

Description

The HI98131 provides comprehensive water quality testing with measurement ranges of pH (0.00–14.00), EC (0.00–6.00 mS/cm), TDS (up to 3999 ppm), and temperature (0–60°C). It offers automatic one- or two-point pH calibration using standard buffers (4.01, 7.01, 10.01) and single-point quick calibration options for both pH and EC. Conductivity calibration can be performed at 1.41 mS/cm or 5.00 mS/cm, with TDS calibration completed through conductivity. The amperometric two-pole EC cell ensures stable conductivity readings with ± 2% F.S. accuracy.

Built for hydroponic growers, the tester is waterproof and buoyant, making it safe for use around nutrient tanks and reservoirs. The large LCD displays stability indicators, calibration tags, and battery percentage at startup for added convenience. Additional features include a HOLD button for freezing readings, automatic temperature compensation (ATC) for pH and EC/TDS, and an auto shut-off function after 8 minutes of non-use to conserve battery life. Powered by four 1.5V batteries with approximately 100 hours of continuous use, the HI98131 is a reliable everyday nutrient management tool.
