The Fungilab – Thermovisc B200 is a digitally controlled immersion thermostat designed for precise temperature control in laboratory applications. Engineered for reliability and accuracy, it offers a temperature control range from ambient +5°C up to 200°C, with optional external cooling from -20°C to 200°C. The system provides excellent stability (±0.05°C up to 100°C and ±0.1°C up to 200°C), making it ideal for demanding applications such as viscosity measurement, refractometry, and polarimetry. Its stainless steel INCOLOY heating element ensures durability in high-temperature and corrosive environments, while all liquid-contact parts are made from AISI 304 stainless steel for long-term chemical resistance.
Equipped with an adjustable circulation pump (150 mbar, 12 L/min flow rate), the Thermovisc B200 supports both internal and external temperature control via a Pt100 probe connection. The LCD display allows configuration of temperature limits, °C/°F selection, resolution of 0.1°C, and alarm settings for over-temperature protection. Additional features include a cooling coil for maintaining ambient conditions, low liquid level indicator, RS-232 interface for data communication, and a corrosion-resistant epoxy-coated metal housing. With tank capacities up to 20 litres and optional stainless steel tanks and beaker supports (12L and 20L), the Thermovisc B200 provides a versatile and robust solution for laboratories requiring accurate and stable thermal control.
