The Dual Spray Gun Semi-Automatic Spray Workstation combines efficiency, flexibility, and environmental safety for coating test specimens. Its dual spray guns and closed spraying operation prevent external contamination, while the water tank and water curtain system absorb most of the paint mist, reducing emissions and laboratory gas pressure. The system allows users to program multiple spraying patterns, including “Z”, straight line, point, and arc types, making it adaptable to different test panel shapes or workpieces.
Equipped with a 10-inch touch screen, the workstation offers easy programming of spraying parameters. The sample tray can rotate to any angle for automatic feeding and positioning, while the spray guns can rotate within ±50°, providing high flexibility and uniform coating. This semi-automatic solution is economical, practical, and user-friendly, delivering consistent coating quality while improving laboratory safety and operational efficiency.
