The HI5222 is a dual-channel, benchtop pH/mV/ISE meter designed for advanced laboratory and research applications. It features capacitive touch keys, a color graphic LCD, and USB connectivity for PC data transfer. The metre supports up to five-point calibration for pH and ISE measurements, includes CAL Check™ for electrode diagnostics, and records up to 100,000 data points per channel. Two galvanically isolated channels allow simultaneous measurements with pH, ORP, or ISE electrodes.

Description

The HI5222 Dual Channel Benchtop Meter allows precise and simultaneous measurement of pH, mV, and ion-selective electrodes (ISE) on two galvanically isolated channels. The included HI1131B combination pH electrode and HI7662-T temperature probe provide automatic temperature compensation from -20 to 120°C. The HI5222 supports up to five-point pH calibration with eight preprogrammed buffers and five custom buffers, and up to five-point ISE calibration with seven fixed standards or custom solutions. CAL Check™ warns users of electrode issues like dirty or broken electrodes and contaminated buffers, while GLP mode provides full calibration records.

For advanced ion analysis, the HI5222 includes incremental methods such as known addition, known subtraction, analyte addition, and analyte subtraction for enhanced measurement accuracy. Data logging can store up to 100,000 records per channel across 100 lots, with configurable intervals between 1 second and 180 minutes. The color graphic LCD with virtual keys and contextual help guides users through calibration and measurement procedures. USB connectivity allows easy data transfer to a PC, making the HI5222 ideal for research labs, quality control, and teaching applications.
