The SH Series Digital Push Pull Force Gauge is a high-capacity precision instrument built for demanding industrial force measurement. It uses an external wheel-spoke sensor that delivers excellent stability during heavy-duty push and pull tests. As a result, the system performs reliably in structural testing, fracture analysis, insertion and withdrawal tests, and large-scale tension or compression applications. With capacity options from 200 kN to 2000 kN, the SH Series fits both laboratory and production environments that require powerful and accurate measurement.
In addition, the gauge connects directly to a computer to display real-time force curves and monitor the entire testing process. Users can set the peak holding time (1–10 seconds), and the system automatically releases the value for the next test. The intelligent Go/NG comparison function instantly shows pass/fail status using green and red indicators based on preset limits. Moreover, the built-in memory calculates the average of up to 10 results, while automatic unit conversion (N, kgf, lbf) improves usability. With RS-232C data output, adjustable auto power-off, and a reversible LCD display, the SH Series delivers both power and flexibility for professional force testing.
