Description
The Adjustable Micrometer Blade Applicator is designed for high-precision coating applications, allowing the blade gap to be accurately set from 0 to 5 mm in 10 µm increments via two micrometric screws. This makes it ideal for research, laboratory testing, and other applications requiring precise control of wet film thickness.
These applicators feature magnetic stainless steel blades hardened with a special process for enhanced wear resistance and corrosion protection. The magnetic design allows the operator to easily remove and replace the blades for cleaning or adjustment. Four wet film widths are available—50 mm, 100 mm, 150 mm, and 200 mm—and digital models provide even more precise gap settings and data recording for advanced testing scenarios.
