Description
The PROVA 1200 AC/DC Clamp Meter provides precise current measurement for professional electrical work. It measures up to 1200A for both AC and DC, which makes it suitable for maintenance, troubleshooting, and power monitoring. The device uses manual range selection and includes strong overload protection for safer operation in demanding environments.
The meter features a large 3¾-digit LCD that shows clear readings. A 30-times-per-second bar graph helps users detect fast current changes in real time. The built-in analog output (mV/A) lets technicians connect oscilloscopes or data loggers to observe waveforms. Users can also press tap-to-zero to quickly adjust DC measurements and improve accuracy.
The clamp includes a 23 mm jaw opening, so it works well in tight cable ducts and switch boxes. The unit operates from -10°C to 50°C and up to 2000 m altitude. Its compact body and 190 g weight make it easy to carry for field work. The package includes test leads, batteries, carrying bag, and user manual, so users can start work immediately.
