The Table Water-Curtain Spray Cabinet is designed to handle the coating mist produced during small-scale laboratory spraying. Its stainless steel water-curtain plate, annular tank, and dash plate maintain a continuous 2mm water film that captures most of the airborne paint mist. The mist is then filtered and recirculated via the annular water pump, effectively reducing pollution. A negative pressure principle is applied, generating strong airflow that makes the water eddy to wash down the coating mist, ensuring that the air inside the cabinet remains clean and safe for operators.
The cabinet also features a centrifugal exhaust fan, baffle-type steam separator, and exhaust piping, efficiently removing residual gases while returning condensed mist to the water tank. This integrated system can filter over 90% of paint mist, minimizing environmental impact and enhancing workplace safety.
