The SJS-500V Stepper Motor Vertical Test Stand is a high-precision vertical testing system designed for laboratory, industrial, and quality control applications. Powered by a stepper motor, it offers excellent stability, smooth operation, and precise motion control, ensuring accurate and repeatable test results. Its robust yet compact vertical structure makes it ideal for insertion/withdrawal, fatigue, tension/compression, and destructive tests across a wide range of specimen types.
The stand features a maximum capacity of 500 N and a 300 mm stroke, providing adequate range for medium-load testing. With a testing speed range of 1–500 mm/min and a 1 mm/min resolution, it allows stepless speed adjustment for precise control over testing procedures. The system supports manual operation and automatic cycle modes and can be integrated with SH/SP (2N–500N) force gauges and compatible software (sold separately) for computer-controlled testing and data acquisition. Compact and lightweight, the unit measures 380 × 286 × 680 mm and weighs approximately 26 kg, making it both stable and easy to position.
