The SP Series Diagram Push Pull Force Gauge (Cycle Type) is a next-generation force measurement instrument designed for high-capacity industrial testing applications. Featuring an external wheel-spoke (cycle type) sensor, this series delivers powerful performance with capacities ranging from 200 kN to 2000 kN. Built with a 240 × 320 pixel TFT LCD (65,535 colors), it is the first type of push pull force gauge in its class to display the peak value, instantaneous value, and full testing curve simultaneously on one screen, allowing users to monitor and track the entire testing process in real time. With high resolution and accuracy within ±1%, it ensures dependable and consistent results in demanding environments.
The SP Series is compact yet robust, making it suitable for fracture testing, switch testing, insertion/withdrawal testing, and general tension/compression measurement. When paired with clamps or hooks, it can be easily mounted on various test stands to perform diversified testing tasks. Advanced features include USB data port with hot plug support, unlimited data storage and curve tracking via PC software, customizable report printing, and automatic unit conversion between N, kgf, lbf, and ozf. The device also supports material strength testing by entering cross-sectional area to generate intensity curves.
