The MarShaft SCOPE 600 plus 3D is an advanced shaft measuring system designed for reliable use directly on the shop floor. It combines optical and tactile measurement technology, allowing manufacturers to inspect complex rotationally symmetrical workpieces without moving them to a metrology lab. This improves workflow efficiency and reduces inspection time.
With its 100% 3D measurement capability, the system goes beyond standard shaft measurement. It can evaluate features that traditionally required a 3D coordinate measuring machine or gear measuring machine. The integrated telecentric precision lens, servo motor drives, and high-resolution CCD array ensure stable, repeatable, and highly accurate measurement results even in demanding environments.
