  • Automatic centering & tilting table – faster alignment and improved efficiency.
  • Versatile applications – suitable for form, position, roughness, contour, waviness, and line form.

Description

The MarForm MMQ 400 | Art.-Nr. 5440787 is a highly versatile, fully automated form tester designed to provide precise form and position measurements on large and heavy workpieces. Its 900 mm Z-axis and 280 mm X-axis ensure accurate measurement across extended vertical and horizontal ranges, making it suitable for production environments and inspection rooms alike. With extremely smooth axes and the MarWin software platform, this system is also capable of roughness, waviness, and contour measurements, providing a complete quality control solution in a single setup.

Equipped with an automatic centering and tilting table and a table diameter of 285 mm, the MMQ 400 simplifies alignment, reduces operator workload, and increases productivity. It supports measurements of form, position, roughness, contour, waviness, and line form, and is widely applied in machine building (bearings, ball screws, shafts), automotive (steering, brake systems, gearboxes), and medical fields (hip and knee endoprostheses, medical screws, teeth implants). Its high flexibility and precision make it a cost-effective solution for ensuring reproducible, reliable, and traceable results in industrial environments.
