Description

The MarForm MMQ 400 is a fully automated, high-precision form tester designed to meet the demands of modern production and inspection environments. With its motorized 350 mm Z-axis and 180 mm X-axis, it enables accurate measurement of form, position, roughness, waviness, and contour with minimal operator intervention. The system utilizes extremely smooth axes and the MarWin platform software, allowing the execution of complex measurements quickly and reliably.

Thanks to its automatic centering and tilting table, the MMQ 400 offers fast workpiece alignment while supporting a table load of up to 600 N. Its versatility makes it suitable for a wide range of industries, including machine building, automotive, and medical technology, covering tasks such as steering and brake system inspections, gearbox components, and medical implants.
