The HI151 Checktemp® 4 Folding Thermometer provides precise temperature measurements for a wide variety of foods, including cooked, semi-frozen, and fresh products. Its folding AISI 316 stainless steel probe and thermistor sensor allow readings of up to 2 cm thick, while the ergonomic rubberized handle ensures a comfortable, non-slip grip during repeated use.

Built for convenience and reliability, the thermometer features a waterproof IP67 casing that can float if dropped in liquid, a CAL-Check system that confirms factory calibration at startup, and a wake-on-motion sensor to quickly activate the display.
