Description
The Fungilab Flow Cups ISO 2431 are precision viscometers designed to measure kinematic viscosity of liquids such as paints, inks, varnishes, and similar products. Each cup consists of an anodized aluminum body with a stainless steel orifice, ensuring accurate and reliable flow measurements. The cups are available in multiple bore sizes (3, 4, 5, and 6 mm) to cover a wide viscosity range from 5 to 680 cSt. Flow time is measured in seconds and converted to centistokes (cSt) using the included CALVISC 1.0 software, which also verifies if the sample is within the appropriate viscosity range.
For convenience and precision, the flow cups can be used with an adjustable stand featuring a precision level and overflow glass draw plate. Calibration certificates accompany each cup, and periodic calibration checks are recommended to maintain measurement accuracy. These easy-to-use viscometers are ideal for quick and consistent viscosity testing in laboratory and production environments.
