The Fungilab Flow Cups ASTM D-1200 are high-precision viscometers designed to measure the kinematic viscosity of liquids such as paints, inks, varnishes, and similar materials. Constructed with an anodized aluminum body and a stainless steel orifice, these cups provide accurate and reliable flow measurements, expressed in seconds and converted to centistokes (cSt) using standard conversion equations. Available in bore sizes 2.53, 3.40, and 4.12 mm, they cover viscosity ranges from 25 to 370 cSt. Calibration certificates are supplied with each cup, and periodic calibration checks are recommended to maintain measurement accuracy.
For ease of use, the cups can be paired with an adjustable stand that includes a precision level and an overflow glass draw plate. This setup allows quick and consistent viscosity testing, making the ASTM D-1200 flow cups ideal for laboratory and production environments where accurate and repeatable measurements are critical.
