The X-Rite ERX130 is an inline reflectance measurement system engineered for accurate, real-time colour and reflectivity monitoring directly on the manufacturing line. Using a coaxial measurement geometry aligned at 45° to the gloss axis, the ERX130 delivers highly consistent and repeatable results, with excellent short-term repeatability of dL*, da*, db* < 0.03 on white. Its flash-based measurement technology and fine 1 nm spectral resolution across the 330–730 nm range ensure precise colour data capture without slowing down production.
Designed for industrial process control, the ERX130 measures reflectivity at a working distance of 300 mm with a defined 90 mm measuring spot, making it suitable for continuous, non-contact applications. It seamlessly integrates with ESWin QC or CLCC systems, enabling automated colour quality tracking and real-time process adjustments. This closed-loop capability helps manufacturers maintain consistent colour quality, reduce material waste, and improve overall production efficiency.
