The Premium Parallel Set (Item No. 8203-0010) is engineered for precision machining support and clamping operations. This set includes 14 pairs with heights ranging from 14 mm to 50 mm, each measuring 150 mm in length and 10 mm in thickness. Manufactured from premium alloy steel with 58–63 HRC hardness, the parallels offer excellent wear resistance and long-term dimensional stability.
Each parallel bar is precision ground to achieve height/width tolerance of 0.01 mm and parallelism of 0.005 mm, ensuring accurate setup for machining tasks. When used in pairs, the height/thickness tolerance is maintained within 0.01 mm, guaranteeing consistent performance. The edges are gently lapped and chamfered to prevent collisions and protect operators’ hands. Supplied in a durable black aluminium case, each set comes with a separate inspection report, reflecting DASQUA’s strict quality control standards.
