The Automatic Panel Spray Cabinet is an advanced coating system designed to deliver uniform and repeatable paint film application for laboratory testing. Equipped with a 10-inch touch screen and a servo control system, users can select horizontal, vertical, or cross spraying modes, adjust parameters such as spraying speed, pressure, atomizing, feeding, and interval, and store up to 8 preset programs for one-key operation. The 90° rotating panel holder and adjustable spray area ensure even coating while reducing material waste and spraying time.
Designed for safety, efficiency, and convenience, the cabinet features an imported Graco LVMP automatic spray gun (1.0mm nozzle) for precise atomization and feeding control. With magnetic and vacuum panel holders, quick spray gun assembly, disposable sample cups, and an easy-to-clean Teflon-coated interior, maintenance is simple and cost-effective. The integrated air filtration system, flammable gas alarm, and door limit safety switch ensure a clean, safe, and environmentally friendly working environment, while an optional automatic film thickness control system allows precise coating thickness adjustment.
