Conical Glass Tip
The conical-shaped tip design enables direct pH measurement in food products including milk, cheese, yogurt, and meat by penetrating solids, semi-solids, and emulsions.
Open Junction Reference
The internal Ag/AgCl reference and sample are connected via a solid gel interface called viscolene in the open junction design. This interface provides a quick reaction and steady reading by preventing silver from entering the sample and making it impervious to clogging.
PVDF Body
Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) is a food grade plastic that is resistant to most chemicals and solvents, including sodium hypochlorite. It has high abrasion resistance, mechanical strength and resistance to ultraviolet and nuclear radiation. PVDF is also resistant to fungal growth.
