The HI98161 pH Meter is engineered for precision measurement in food applications, from dairy to meat, fruits, and beverages. Its FC2023 PVDF electrode with internal temperature sensor enables accurate readings over a wide pH range (–2 to 20 pH) with high resolution (up to 0.001 pH). The conical low-temperature glass tip is optimized for solids, semi-solids, and emulsions, ensuring reliable penetration and measurement in complex food matrices. The open junction reference with gel interface prevents clogging and contamination, allowing quick and stable readings for repeated measurements.
