The stainless steel probe and meter are connected via a 1 m (3.3′) flexible silicone cable on the high-accuracy thermometer HI98509 Checktemp® 1. Fruits, vegetables, and cheeses that are semi-solid can be easily lanced with the penetration probe’s sharp tip. This probe is also capable of measuring in frozen materials as well as in liquid and air. An NTC thermistor sensor is built within the probe to monitor temperature.
The high-accuracy Checktemp® 1 Digital Thermometer – HI98509 has a flexible silicone cable that is 1 m (3.3′) long that connects the meter with the stainless steel probe.
