The HI98118 GroLine pH tester is engineered for users who require simple yet accurate pH measurements in nutrient solutions and water samples. It measures pH from 0.00 to 14.00 pH with ±0.1 pH accuracy and a resolution of 0.01 pH. The integrated temperature sensor automatically compensates readings from 0 to 50°C (32 to 122°F), ensuring consistent results even when temperatures fluctuate. Calibration is fast and convenient with automatic recognition of standard buffers (pH 4.01, 7.01, 10.01) or Hanna’s Quick Cal solution (pH 6.86).
Designed with user convenience in mind, the tester includes a stability indicator that confirms when a stable reading is achieved. A renewable cloth junction extends electrode life by clearing clogs that cause erratic readings. The startup screen displays the remaining battery percentage, while a low battery indicator warns when less than 10% power remains. Powered by a CR2032 battery, the meter offers approximately 1000 hours of continuous use, making it a dependable tool for daily monitoring.
