Description
The HI763133 four-ring conductivity probe with an integrated temperature sensor is included with the HI98192. With just one sensor, this technique enables precise readings that cover the whole range. Additionally, the polarization effect that is typical of traditional two pole versions is eliminated by the four ring technology. With a special quick connect waterproof DIN connector, the HI763133 conductivity probe is attached to the meter in a secure yet removable manner without the use of a threaded connection.
The true conductivity range of the HI98192 is enlarged from 0.000 S/cm to 1000 mS/cm (400 mS/cm temperature adjusted). The HI98192 also features three salinity scales, a resistivity range, and a TDS range. This meter allows the user to choose the nominal cell constant and automatically detects the type of probe (two or four rings).
The USP method’s three stages can all be completed with the HI98192 device, which also provides a report when any one of the three stages is completed.
Choose from seven criteria that you have learned, and you can calibrate your conductivity up to five points. The HI7037 standard enables users to do a one point calibration for salinity (% range).
Measurements for EC and TDS are completely programmable and comprise:
- choosing a cell constant between 0.0 and 10.000
- choosing between linear and non-linear (natural water), or choosing not to compensate for temperature
With reference temperatures of 15, 20, or 25, the temperature compensation coefficient range is customizable from 0.00 to 10.00%/°C. Between 0.40 and 1.00, the conductivity to TDS factor is programmable.
With different user options, such as temperature compensation, range selection, cell constant, and TDS conversion factors, the HI98192 enables the construction of 10 measurement profiles.
Up to 400 readings can be recorded and saved in the log-on-demand mode, while up to 1000 readings can be stored in the lot logging at chosen intervals. Then, using Hanna’s HI920015 micro USB cable and HI92000 software, this data may be uploaded to a PC.
By pressing the dedicated GLP key, you may instantly get GLP data, which includes the date, time, standards used, temperature compensation applied, reference temperature, and TDS conversion factor (TDS).
By pressing a dedicated button, you can receive content-specific information based on the screen that is now being viewed and access support at any time.
The complete set of tools required to take a field measurement, including the meter, probe, beakers, and conductivity standards, are thermoformed into the small, tough HI720192 travel case.
