Description
The ST-50~500 Digital Torque Meter Series is a high-capacity torque testing instrument designed for measuring and verifying various types of torque in industrial applications. With models ranging from 50 N·m to 500 N·m, this series is ideal for testing and calibrating torque screwdrivers, torque wrenches, motorized drivers, and pneumatic tools. It is capable of measuring both applied torque and break (fracture) torque, making it suitable for heavy-duty industrial environments such as machinery manufacturing, light industry, scientific research, and the electrical industry.
To enhance usability and efficiency, the torque meter includes intelligent digital functions such as peak holding with adjustable auto-release (1–10 seconds), GO/NG tolerance comparison with indicator lights, and memory averaging of 10 stored test results. It also supports automatic unit conversion (N·m, kgf·cm, lbf·in) for convenient operation across different standards.
Additionally, the device allows printing of testing curves and analysis reports for up to ten sets of test data, making it suitable for documentation and quality control reporting. Powered by AC 220 V (±10%), 100 W, the system is designed for stable, continuous operation in laboratory and production settings.
