The Precimar ULM 1000 S-E is a universal length measuring instrument designed for precision calibration and metrology applications. With a direct measuring range spanning up to 1025 mm externally and 870 mm internally, it offers maximum flexibility for measuring large components, gauge blocks, and mechanical parts. The instrument’s robust horizontal base bed, constructed from hard rock with high homogeneity and stiffness, ensures exceptional stability and minimal thermal deformation, critical for highly accurate measurements.
Equipped with high-precision incremental Heidenhain and RENISHAW measuring systems, the ULM 1000 S-E delivers outstanding accuracy and repeatability. The ABBE measuring element provides a repeatability of ≤ 0.05 μm, while the base bed system maintains ≤ 0.2 μm. This allows reliable length measurements across the entire instrument span with minimal error and maximum reproducibility, meeting strict MPE E1 standards.
The instrument supports multiple measuring forces ranging from 0.2 N to 11 N, allowing safe and precise evaluation of delicate or robust components.
