Description
Obsnapmeter Test Panels are precision-manufactured substrates designed for bending, impact, cupping, gloss, color, and adhesion testing. Available in a wide variety of aluminum and steel grades—including smooth, harmonic, mirror-polished, chromated, chromo-free, matt, and PVC-protected finishes—these panels ensure reliable and reproducible results across physical and chemical surface tests. Produced in accordance with recognized standards such as EN 10139, UNI 9005/1, EN AW-5005, and QUALICOAT specifications, they provide consistent surface roughness, controlled hardness, and defined mechanical properties suitable for laboratory and industrial quality control environments.
Manufactured in multiple dimensions and thicknesses, each panel is carefully degreased and cleaned (or supplied in specified surface conditions) to guarantee uniform coating and testing performance. All panels are equipped with a convenient hanging hole for easy handling and drying during coating processes. With options ranging from mirror-finish aluminum 1050 H18 and 5005 H24 to FE smooth surface and harmonic steel panels, Obsnapmeter Test Panels enhance repeatability and standardization in coating development, inspection, and compliance testing.
