The PosiTest AT-M is a manual pull-off adhesion tester for evaluating the adhesion strength of coatings on metal, wood, concrete, and other substrates. It features a manual hydraulic pump for smooth, controlled pressure application, along with a self-aligning dolly system for accurate measurements on both smooth and uneven surfaces. Data can be stored internally and accessed via PosiSoft software.

The PosiTest AT-M Manual Pull-Off Adhesion Tester is designed for precise measurement of coating adhesion using a manual hydraulic pump that delivers smooth, continuous pressure with a single stroke. Users can monitor and adjust the pull rate with the built-in Pull Rate Indicator, ensuring compliance with international test methods. The unit features a self-aligning aluminum dolly for accurate testing on smooth or uneven surfaces and accommodates dolly sizes of 10, 14, 20, 50, and 50×50 mm, covering bond strengths from 2.585 MPa up to 70 MPa.

Built to withstand harsh environments, the PosiTest AT-M has a weatherproof, dustproof, and shockproof enclosure rated to IP65. Its internal memory stores key test data—maximum pull-off pressure, pull rate, test duration, and dolly size—for up to 200 tests, and it is compatible with PosiSoft Desktop software for data management. Every pressure system is NIST-traceable and calibrated to ±1% accuracy, ensuring highly reliable and reproducible adhesion measurements for metal, wood, concrete, and other coated surfaces.
