The PROVA-830 Portable Color Paperless Recorder is a versatile, high-precision instrument designed for multi-channel temperature measurement and paperless data recording. It supports 11 types of thermocouples (K, J, E, T, R, S, N, L, U, B, C) with wide measurement ranges and excellent accuracy, typically 0.1% ±1 °C for type K, along with cold junction compensation ±0.5 °C. The device can log data from up to 8 channels simultaneously, capturing maximum, minimum, and real-time readings at rates of 8 inputs per second. It features a 5.7” color TFT LCD (320×240) with backlight for clear visualization, supports programmable Hi-Lo alarms, and provides isolated input protection of 350 Vp-p between channels to ensure safe operation.
Designed for portability and extended field use, the PROVA-830 runs on a rechargeable 3400 mAh lithium battery, allowing up to 28 hours of continuous recording, and can store data on a 2GB (or larger) SD card, capable of holding over 3 years of recordings. It includes a USB interface for PC connectivity, AC power adaptor, and supports optional accessories such as an optical RS-232 to USB bridge. The recorder combines high accuracy, multi-channel monitoring, and flexible data handling, making it ideal for laboratory, industrial, and environmental applications where precise, continuous temperature monitoring is critical.
