The Met One Instruments ES-405 Simultaneous Particulate Profiler is a high-performance ambient dust monitoring instrument designed for real-time, multi-channel particulate measurement. Using right-angle laser light scatter technology with a high-power 785 nm diode laser, the ES-405 simultaneously measures PM1.0, PM2.5, PM4.0, and PM10 concentrations with excellent resolution down to 0.1 µg/m³. Active volumetric flow control, combined with a stable brushless diaphragm pump and controlled sheath air system, ensures accurate and repeatable data even in challenging environmental conditions. With wide measurement ranges and user-selectable logging intervals, the ES-405 delivers reliable particulate profiling for both short-term events and long-term monitoring programs.
Built for continuous outdoor and industrial operation, the ES-405 features automatic humidity control via an inlet heater, a rugged enclosure, and multiple communication options including RS-232, RS-485, and USB for seamless integration with data loggers, SCADA systems, or remote networks. The intuitive OLED display and menu-driven keypad simplify configuration and on-site operation, while alarm relay outputs enhance safety and compliance monitoring.
